When did I first start to lose weight?
I remember being 6 years old (give or take a year) and wearing a lady bug bikini and feeling like i needed to cover my stomach. That’s obviously just silly, but I started really being aware of it when I was in 6th grade and it’s been a journey ever since. Maybe next year when I’m officially out of my teens i’ll have my shit together completely.
back in school schedule. I’m making this lifestyle change my bitch, riiiight NOW.
Vegan/Vegetarian? Has it helped? ya dee yada?
My main snack food is fruit, I eat fiber one cereal in the morning and a fiber one bar here and there. Definitely couldn’t be vegan, I could do vegetarian and i’m sure Id lose weight… I also work at a sushi restaurant and love sushi so.. Nope! Neither for me though I admire those that do.
Well I think probably 123 is my UGW (very specific I know) I’m about ten pounds away. I think I’ll be there in two months. I’m moving in with one of my girlfriends, only have a bike to get around and did not purchase a meal plan. So as long as I shop when Im not hungry ill literally only have those things to eat and ill be constantly walking and i’m taking a kickboxing class. woop woop. UGW here i come
Well “losing weight” is kind of a loose term right now, but i’m definitely not starving myself or purging!
My diet has been so wacky and all over the place lately BUT usually it’s:
Breakfast: Bowl of fiber one cereals (the 51%)
Snack: Strawberries and pinnapples
Lunch: I’ll either have 4 egg whites and 1 egg, or tuna with some mayo and pepper (not the best) or lean ground turkey with some seasoning
Snack: More fruit, sometimes vegatables. Or a fiber one bar!
Dinner: It really just depends. Dinner is my worst meal of the day because it’s after work when i’m tired and don’t feel like being healthy. I work at a sushi restaurant so i’m trying to just have a healthy roll for dinner. Like the summer roll (tuna, avocado, mango)
It’s just my little pieces of chocolate candy or snacking from chips ahoy that my boyfriend keeps that I mess up.
I dont really have a favorite. I really like the ones that have been there awhile so i can see the progress they’ve made - it’s inspiring. I try to stay away from the pro-ana ones. That’s not how I personally am trying to lose weight so reading some girls exasperated post about how she ate a whopping 300 calories that day isn’t inspiring for me.
Waaah. Someone help motivate me.
For me probably ice cream and chocolate. Also french fries!!!! Right next to my work is this wonderful little fudge shop that I used to go to all the time. I still have some fudge and snack on it occasionally. My boyfriend and I also always used to get milkshakes from jack in the box, they’re so rich and creamy! They’re also ONE THOUSAND CALORIES - looked it up the other day and was appalled. No more ice cream for me!!! The french fries part is because at work they’ll make these big yummy french fries and leave them for all the employees to snack on, EVIIIL.
uuh no. Not really. Actually it’s usually the opposite. People call me buff, which to me is a negative comment… but they dont mean it negatively. I just have a lot of muscle.
have not been treating my body like a temple. ive been blaming it on my mouth because of the limited eating choices but thats bologna. Tomorrow will be a better/new start. aaahhh…
